The store（or “we”, “us”, or “our”, as the case may be) strongly recognizes the importance of protecting a personal information of our customers and properly handles and protects their personal information in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the “APPI”) as well as in accordance with the following privacy policy?(hereinafter referred to as the “this Privacy Policy”).

6. Security of personal information
"We shall exercise the necessary and adequate supervision over our employees to ensure the secure management of the personal data against risks such as loss, destruction, falsification, and leaking of personal information.If we entrust another person with all or part of the handling of personal data, we shall exercise the necessary and adequate supervision over the person we entrust to ensure the secure management of the personal data with whose handling it entrusts that person.

7.?Provision to third parties
We shall not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the identifiable person's consent in advance, except in cases where disclosure is permitted under APPI or other relevant laws and regulations. However, the following cases do not fall under a third party regarding applying the provisions of each preceding paragraph:
1. Cases in which we?entrust a person with all or part of the handling of personal data within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use;
2. Cases in which your personal information is provided as a result of the business succession due to merger or other such circumstances;
3. Cases in which your personal data is provided to specific persons who have joint use of that data in accordance with the provisions of APPI.
8. Disclosure of personal information
When we receive a request from a customer for disclosure of personal information pursuant to the provisions of APPI, we shall disclose the personal information to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself (If such personal information does not exist, we will notify the customer to that effect.) However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to disclose the information under APPI or other relevant laws and regulations.
9.Correction of personal information
If we are requested by a customer to correct, add, or delete personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Correction”) based on the provisions of APPI by reason that such information is untrue, we shall ,after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, conduct the necessary investigation without delay to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results, make Correction the content of personal information and notify the customer thereof (If we decide not to make such Correction, we will notify the customer to that effect.) However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to make Correction under APPI or other relevant laws and regulations.
10.Cease to use of personal information
If we receive a request from a customer to cease to use or delete his/her personal information (hereinafter referred to as "cease") pursuant to the provisions of APPI by reason that such information is treated for any purpose other than those which are made public, or is obtained or collected by deception or other wrongful means, and we found that such request is reasonably acceptable, we shall promptly cease to use personal information of the customer and notify the customer thereof without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself. However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to cease the use of personal information under APPI or other relevant laws and regulations.
11. Use of Cookie or other technologies
1.Cookie or other similar technologies may be used for our services. These technologies shall help us understand how our services are being used, and contribute to improving our services. Users who wish to disable cookie may do so by changing their web browser settings. However, if you disable cookie, you may not be able to use certain functions of our services.
